5. Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fee is non-refundable
  • Return shipping cost is usually the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
