Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

After your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email followed by shipping details once the order has been dispatched.


2. Shipping Time

We currently offer standard shipping with an estimated delivery time of 7–9 business days.

Delivery time is calculated from the date your order is shipped, not the date it is placed.

Please note that delivery times may vary slightly due to:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Peak shopping seasons
  • Customs or logistics interruptions

3. Shipping Fee

We charge a flat shipping fee of $8.75 per order.

This fee applies to all orders regardless of:

  • Order size
  • Product weight
  • Delivery location within supported regions

No additional shipping charges will be added after checkout.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to become active in the carrier’s system.


5. Delivery Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Delivery delays caused by carriers
  • Packages marked as delivered by carrier but not received

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and provide a resolution.


7. Shipping Limitations

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, it will be announced on our website.
